Decheng, Dezhou, Shandong Province issued a new real estate policy in 2024. First-year schools in Dezhou do not require household registration to be signed online for the record, that is, admission. According to Dezhou's official Wechat account, a press conference on real estate policy was held in Decheng District on April 24 to publicize and release the "a number of measures to promote the stable and healthy development of the real estate industry in Decheng District (trial)". As of August 31, 2024, the buyers who have purchased the newly built commercial housing in Decheng District and completed the online visa and filing procedures, their children are first-grade children in the new school year in 2024.
